Arrive in Guwahati one day before the tour.
Day 1: (Guwahati - Dirang)
Have breakfast in the hotel, Guwahati. Head out to Dirang, the gateway to the Switzerland of India: Tawang. It is one of the most famous hyped mountain destinations in Arunachal Pradesh. Since it is located at an altitude of 3048 m (10,000ft), it is suggested to halt at Dirang for one night to get along with the environment. Dirang is 9 hours journey from Guwahati. It is a small town and village located on the Kameng River bank. It's in the West Kameng district of Arunachal. You will be directly taken to the hotel. After having lunch in the hotel, head out on a local tour at Dirang. Visit the quaint Kalachakra Monastery, beautiful Sangti Valley, Dirang Dzong, Yak Research Centre, etc. In the evening, spend some time in the local market of Dirang. Grab some local artifacts. Back to the hotel, be a part of the bonfire night. Have dinner & Overnight stay in the hotel.
Day 2: (Dirang - Tawang)
Have breakfast in the hotel. Head out to Tawang, the land of celestial paradise and divinity. Tawang is a district in the western part of Arunachal Pradesh famous for monasteries, pristine mountains, and lakes. The picturesque beauty of Tawang will give you a wholesome experience to cherish for a lifetime. You will cross Sela Pass on the way to Tawang. Spend some time at Sela Pass, tour around Sela Lake, and catch a glimpse of beautiful Tawang. It is just 4 hours 30 mins drive from Dirang. You will be directly taken to the hotel. Have lunch in the hotel. Visit the Tawang Monastery, the world's second-largest and oldest monastery; War Memorial Tawang. While visiting the Tawang Monastery, go on a cable car ride or ropeway that runs between Tawang Monastery and Gyangong Ani Gompa. It is a 20 minutes ride, and you will behold some breathtaking scenes. In the evening, take a stroll in the streets, visit the cafes and restaurants, try out the local street food, etc. Try out Momos, Thukpas, and Maggie to warm up yourself. Head back to the hotel. Dinner & Overnight stay in the hotel.
Day 3: (Tawang Day Trip)
Have breakfast in the hotel, and go on a day trip to Tawang. Visit the Bumla Pass: the Indo-China Border at an altitude of 4600 m(15200 ft), the Sangestar Tso, also known as Madhuri Lake, Panga Teng Tso Lake, Nuranang Waterfalls, Urgelling Monastery, Buddha Statue, etc. Have your lunch at the cafe near Madhuri Lake. Enjoy your meal in the pristine surroundings. Visit the Tibetan market in the evening. Buy some souvenirs for your beloved ones. Try out the locally produced food & beverage. Have your dinner in the hotel. Overnight stay in the hotel.
Day 4: (Tawang - Tezpur)
Wake up early in the morning, and have breakfast in the hotel. It is a 9 to 10 hours journey from Tawang to Tezpur. Have your lunch at a roadside restaurant. After reaching Tezpur, you will be directly taken to the hotel. Rest, Dinner, and Overnight Stay in the hotel.
On the next day, check out of the hotel. Head back to Guwahati, and you will be dropped off at Guwahati Airport. Your trip will come to an end.
